  • Only antiques, collectibles or vintage (at least 30 years old) items may be sold - NO NEW MERCHANDISE
  • Only 1 vehicle per space. A trailer requires a 2nd space. (Spaces are 19 feet wide by 16 feet deep).
  • The event is held rain or shine. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

SELLER RULES AND REGULATIONS
 

All sellers must agree to adhere to the following rules and regulations to sell at this event:

1- SELLER SET UP AND MOVE OUT -Seller set up is between 5:30AM and 6:45am. Sellers must arrive by 6:45AM or they may be denied entry without a refund. Doors are open to the public from 5:30AM to 2:00PM. Sellers may not begin packing before 2:30PM and may not exit the show before 3:00PM. ALL sellers must be off the premises by 5:00PM. 

2- REFUNDS - There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges or rain checks given for any reason whatsoever! Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded

3- SELLING SPACES - Each space is 19 ft. wide (frontage) by 16 ft. deep. ONLY ONE (1) vehicle (no longer than 19 ft. bumper to bumper) is allowed to enter with each sellers permit. Any vehicle longer than 19’ must purchase a 2nd sellers permit. Trailers are considered a 2nd vehicle and require an additional permit.
  A – Absolutely NO RE-ENTRY ALLOWED! Seller MAY NOT make a 2nd trip into the sellers area with the same or different vehicle, or re-renter the sellers area until 3:00PM.

 4- SPACE ASSIGNMENTS - Seller spaces are assigned by parking staff upon entry. Only sellers with a specific space designated on their Seller’s Permit will receive that assigned space. All items for sale must be placed within the designated space markings and all aisles must be kept clear.

 5- THIS EVENT WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE regardless of ANY weather conditions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN in the event of natural disaster, earthquake, civil disturbance, pandemic, acts of terrorism, or inclement weather. In the event of rain all dealers are required to stay in their spaces and MAY NOT LEAVE THE SELLING AREA WITHOUT EXPRESS CONSENT FROM AMERICANA.

6- MERCHANDISE - Only antiques, collectibles or vintage items 30  years or older may be sold at this event. NO NEW MERCHANDISE PERMITTED! Any new or inappropriate items must be removed at the discretion of Americana. All goods offered for sale are subject to inspection by law enforcement agencies.

7- LIABILITY - Seller is aware that Americana does not guarantee the  safety or security for the person or property of seller, their employees or any  person in seller’s space at its markets. Seller assumes all risk of personal  injury and loss of property as a result of accident, theft, damage or other  cause. Seller is responsible for protecting his own property at all times.  Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Americana Enterprises, Inc.  against all claims and causes of action arising out of: (A) personal injury to, or loss of property of seller, seller’s employees, or persons in seller’s space (B) seller’s activities in connection with space rentals from Americana. These provisions apply on all occasions commencing with this event and all subsequent events produced by Americana.  
 
8- PROHIBITED ITEMS - No pets allowed. Food, beverages, gas filled balloons, guns, ammunition, Nazi memorabilia, fireworks, contraband, pornography or counterfeit merchandise MAY NOT be offered for sale. Seller will not use the space for games, fires, sideshows or illegal purposes. No loud music, micro phones or generators permitted. Animals or animal parts or items which are prohibited for sale by the Endangered Species Act may not be sold. * It is the responsibility of Seller to know and abide by the Endangered Species Act and pay any fines for violations.

9- TRANSFERENCE OF SELLER’S PERMIT - No person shall transfer, assign, sell, offer to sell or resell their Seller’s Permit to another person for  any reason. Entry will be denied to any person using this permit who did not purchase it directly from Americana.  

10- HELPERS - No more than 2 helpers will be admitted with this permit (between 5:30AM and 6:45AM only) and MUST ENTER WITH THE SELL ER. Helpers arriving after 6:45AM must pay regular admission.  

11- CUSTOMER REFUNDS - If a customer requests a refund for an item purchased from a seller at this event, seller may be required to give customer a full cash refund, at the sole discretion of Americana.  

12- CLEAN UP - Space must be left in the same condition as found
 or seller will have to pay clean-up costs. Sellers must take home ALL their  trash, boxes and unsold merchandise.  

13- CANOPIES/SUPPLIES - Seller must supply his own tables, chairs, canopies, etc. There is no electricity. Seller using a canopy must have it properly anchored and weighted down. Seller is responsible for immediate removal of canopy and for any damage or injury caused by canopy in the event of windy conditions or for any reason whatsoever.

14- NO LITERATURE OR PRINTED MATERIAL - of any kind can be distributed to sellers or customers without prior written consent of Americana.

15- CALIFORNIA RESALE NUMBER - All regular sellers are required by law to have a sellers permit # issued by the California Department of Tax & Fee Administration. Occasional sellers may sell twice in a 12 month period without one.To register for a sales permit go to https://www.cdtfa.ca.gov/services/#Register-Renewals

16- ADDITIONAL RULES - It is the responsibility of Seller to abide by  any city, state, or federal regulations governing the sale of merchandise and  shall hold AMERICANA harmless against any failure to do so.

17- MEDIA RELEASE - Seller agrees that their own image and/or images of their merchandise may appear in print, TV, and on the internet, and by selling at this event enters into a full release for these purposes without compensation.

18- AGREEMENT - Seller’s payment and/or use of this permit acknowledges that the seller accepts and agrees to adhere to all of the terms and conditions set forth on both sides of this Seller’s Permit and all rules appearing on the Americana web site. Americana reserves the right to revoke the license granted by this permit and to reasonably refuse service and/ or booth rental to anyone, or to require any vendor to leave. Americana reserves the right to formulate additional rules and regulations if necessary and each seller shall abide by such additional rules and regulations.

19- COMPLIANCE - Americana Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to restrict and evict any seller for non-compliance with rules and regulations as stated herewith, or any seller whose method of operation detracts from the integrity of the event without refund to seller. No seller shall conduct his business so as to interfere with or disturb others. Failure to comply with any of the rules stated herewith shall be grounds for eviction from this event without refund and the denial of issuance of future Seller’s Permits. The issuance of one Seller’s Permit shall not convey a right to the issuance of future Seller’s Permits.
