A life size fiberglass figure of John Belushi was sold to a movie memorabilia collector at the last show.
Belushi, one of the original cast memebers of Saturday Night Live was on the show from 1975 to 1979. He was also a member of the Blues Brothers musical group with Dan Aykroyd.
On John's 30th birthday in 1979 the movie Animal House, in which he starred, his album "The Blues Brothers Briefcase Full of Blues" and the TV show SNL were all #1 in their categories. He tragically died of a drug overdose in 1982.
